RESPONSIBILITY
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CIS region for aftermarket automotive products, with a focus on batteries and auto parts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Analyze customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet market demands effectively.
Stay informed about local laws and regulations related to trade and the automotive industry in the CIS region.
Develop strategies to achieve sales targets including receivables and ensure regular reporting progress to the management team.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
Ensure all business activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket sector, including industry trends, customer behaviors, and emerging technologies.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry.
Fluency in Russian Language is a must.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations governing trade in the CIS region.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel.
Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
