Sales Support Executive, Genuine Parts

RESPONSIBILITY

• Assist the sales team in processing orders, preparing quotations, and handling customer inquiries.
•  Knowledge of Genuine Parts is required.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Support sales representatives by preparing necessary documents and follow-ups.
• Should have a flair for sales.
• Handle customer calls, emails, and resolve inquiries in a professional manner.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor stock availability and inform the sales team of inventory status.
• Collaborate with finance for invoicing, payments, and credit approvals.
• Track and report sales performance metrics to management.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales department.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience a Sales Support is preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
