Continuous learning is the key to a successful sales team. We, at A-MAP, organized a training programme exclusively for sales teams covering Domestic, Fleet & Corporate, Regional & Showroom Sales departments. The teams were divided into two batches - first batch had their session on 21 December 2017, while the second session was on 28 December 2017. The training workshop was filled with interactive activities, highlighting the following aspects:
- Define your limitations: Discussions on what are the challenges the staff face when they are given sales targets
- Challenge your limitations with positive thoughts: Impact of mind over body, how body responds to the feeds by brain and how to train your brain to challenge your limitations
- Change management: Managing change and customer requisitions in competitive market
