A-MAP participated in Automechanika Dubai 2019 - The largest international trade show for the automotive aftermarket and service industry in the MEA region. The 17th edition of the show was held from 10 – 12 June 2019 and offered the opportunity to meet over 1,880 exhibitorsfrom 63 countries spanning 63,300sqm at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. A-MAP used the 2019 edition of the Automechanika Dubai show to launch its latest range of European batteries, ASIMCO PLUS.

A-MAP unveiled the ASIMCO PLUS range of batteries on the first day of MEA region's biggest auto aftermarket exhibition, Automechanika Dubai. These batteries are capable of providing unparalleled performance even in demanding climatic conditions. The batteries are produced in Europe, in line with the highest quality standards and pass stringent quality tests to ensure hassle-free functioning. Most vehicles on the road today, are ISS (Idle Start Stop) enabled and use AGM batteries that offer significantly better performance when compared to conventional batteries. A-Map conducted a technical training workshop for Sharjah Municipality on the 1st of August 2018. The focus of training for the technical team of the Transport Department was on safety, maintenance, handling & disposal of automotive batteries, environment protection, warehouse & warranty management. Battery management tools & testers were provided to the customer during the workshop. It was a highly interactive training and information sharing session.    

Korean battery supplier Sebang Global's team of senior members, including technological innovation team head visited A-MAP's head office and tech center during July 2018. The agenda of the visit was to improve product quality. The team had extensive discussions with A-MAP R&D and joint product analysis was conducted in our tech center. The team also reviewed field performance and A-MAP Quality Assurance Systems. A-Map’s and Sebang’s strengths are being synergized to deliver very high value added products to its customers across the globe.
